As a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Chris Walker has built a track record of success helping clients buy, sell, and manage properties on Hilton Head Island. His background in the hospitality industry gave him the skills and instincts to provide the highest level of service and professionalism to every client who trusts him with their most valuable asset.
Born and raised in Durham, North Carolina, Chris began his career in the service industry at 13, running a local pool concession. After graduating from Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Culinary Arts, he moved to Hilton Head Island and quickly rose through the ranks to become Food and Beverage Director of the Daufuskie Island Club and Resort. In 2004, Chris married his wife, Sandy, and they made Hilton Head their permanent home, where they have since raised their son, Connor, and daughter, Christina.

With a passion for entrepreneurship, Chris became a licensed real estate agent in 2003. In 2006, he started his own property management company, which now manages over 35 of the Island's most prestigious properties. In 2019, Chris brought all of his operations under one roof and opened Luxury Homes of Hilton Head, a one-stop shop for sales, rentals, interior design, and asset management for absentee owners on Hilton Head Island.
