Chris’ background in the hospitality industry has given him the skills and instincts necessary to provide the highest level of service and professionalism to his clients, who entrust him with their most valuable asset: their home.
Born and raised in Durham, North Carolina, Chris began his career in the service industry at the young age of 13, running a local pool concession. After graduating from Johnson and Wales University with a degree in Culinary Arts, he moved to Hilton Head Island and quickly rose through the ranks to become the Food and Beverage Director of the Daufuskie Island Club and Resort. In 2004, Chris married his wife Sandy and they decided to make Hilton Head their permanent home, where they have since raised their son, Connor, and daughter, Christina.
With a passion for entrepreneurship, Chris became a licensed real estate agent in 2003 and in 2006, started his own property management company, which now manages over 35 of the Island's most prestigious properties. In 2019, Chris decided to bring all of his operations under one roof, and opened Luxury Homes of Hilton Head. We specialize in sales, rentals, interior design, and asset management for absentee owners, providing a one-stop-shop for all of your real estate needs on Hilton Head Island.
