Interior Design and Consultation

When you’ve found your piece of the paradise, we are here to make it your very own. We can provide you with personal consultation from us or one from a professional interior designer. We can help you with remodeling ideas by showing you some of the many projects we have worked on. If you are looking for a more custom design, then we have a list of designers that we can put you in contact with that we have worked with before. Which designer depends on the scope of your project and what style you wish to accomplish. With a short consultation, we can all get an understanding of who is the best fit to work with you on your project. Bottom line… we have the resources for you. You won’t be left to figure this out on your own.

 Renovation and Remodeling

Having managed luxury properties for years we have learned a lot about what our owners want, and what our vacation clients enjoy. We can help you choose everything from the flooring, countertops and tile, to the appliances, the kitchen supplies and the furnishings even down to the sheets and towels and the amenities that they all enjoy. These products should be made to last but give timeless interior design. They should be functional as well as affordable.


Your Project

Ever feel like undertaking a remodeling project would be a daunting task living away from the island? We make the process of owning a home or villa on the island a very easy proposition. When you need a project done, any project at all, we are here to help. While we are not general contractors, we will work with you through the planning and design phase, introduce you to the right general contractors or trades people so that you can be assured you are working with quality, trustworthy people. We require providers we use to have a minimum of $1 million in general liability and that any support staff that they have must be covered as well. We charge minimal fees to oversee construction projects on Hilton Head Island. That fee is based on the scope of the project and can be as little as $75 for the project or $45 per hour for larger projects.

We then take your plan and put it into action. We oversee permitting, demolition and disposal, assure the right products are ordered, delivered and installed on time and according to the plan. We send you ongoing photography of the project and stay in touch every step of the way. When the contractors are finished, we make sure everything is put back where it should be. So, when you return, it is to a completely new space with little to nothing to do on your part.
