The eye of a photographer, the patience of a farmer, the instincts of a paralegal
Nicky Gleason has spent her career learning to notice what other people miss. As a former senior trial paralegal, she trained herself to catch the small details that change an outcome. As a photographer and graphic designer, she learned to see a space not just as it is, but as it could be.
In between, she ran the office for a 700-acre organic and conventional vegetable farm, work that taught her patience, and how to keep a hundred small things moving at once without ever losing sight of the bigger picture.
