Rose Hill Overview
Rose Hill is 2,000-acre private community 10 miles west of Hilton Head Island that contains approximately 1,000 home sites. Lot sizes range from a patio size to 4 acres in total. Rose Hill is divided by highway 278, with the Equestrian center on the northern side of Hwy 278, and the Golf club on the southern side of Hwy 278.
